INGREDIENTS

  • 4 x Mango’s, pealed and chopped

  • 370ml Water

  • 120ml Lime Juice, fresh

  • 150g Sugar

  • 2 x Tsps. Orange Zest, grated

INSTRUCTION

Blend all the ingredients and process until smooth. Press this mixture through a fine sieve over a bowl and get rid of any leftover solid bits. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cover and freeze for around four hours, or until firm. Place into a food processor/blender until it goes slushy. Freeze for a further 3 hours.

NOTE: Before serving you could soften the mixture slightly by placing in the refrigerator 30 mins before serving.
