INGREDIENTS

  • 1 x Tub (500ml) Natural Yoghurt, low fat

  • 2 x Tubs Porridge Oats (use the empty yoghurt tub)

  • 2 x Tbsp Baking Soda

  • 1 x Handful Poppy Seeds

  • 2 x Tbsp Oil (Use coconut oil if preferred)

INSTRUCTION

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix all of your ingredients in a big bowl, except the oil. Grease a loaf tin using the oil and pour your mix into the tin. Bake in the oven for 45 mins. Take the loaf out and carefully remove from the tin. Allow too cool on a cooling rack before slicing.
