INGREDIENTS

  • 400g Penne Pasta

  • 110g Tuna, canned in oil

  • 400g Cannellini Beans, canned

  • 1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped

  • 1 x Lemon, grated zest and juice

  • Parsley, large handful

INSTRUCTION

Cook the penne pasta according to pack instructions. Tip into a bowl, and mix through all the remaining ingredients. The warm pasta will really soak up the flavours. If you are using chilled leftover pasta, simply mix everything together, it will still taste great.

NOTE: Can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
